RSA designed, developed and delivered customized PeopleSoft training and user reference material for the Human Resources/Payroll Operations and Flexible Benefits departments (130 end users) for an HRMS implementation.

The project was on time, on budget, and within scope.

Future plans include development of Payroll, Human Resources and Benefits as well as other divisional business area training for upgrade. This upgrade will include Benefits Administration and rollout of remote user access across 38 states.
