RPU represents a scaled-down version of an SAP implementation. Working through a phased approach, RPU successfully implemented Phase I Financials, Controlling, Asset Management, Work Flow, and Materials Management.

RSA collaborated with SAP to win the RPU business, and is a prime example of the value that results from working with an implementation partner that can scope and deliver to constrained budgets and strict timelines. RSA bid on and won the implementation of Phase II, which included Plant Maintenance within an upgrade process.
