Pilgrims' Pride is an integrated producer of poultry products, controlling the breeding, hatching, and growing of poultry.

RSA provided system design, configuration, implementation, testing, and training of the SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and related systems.

Despite the amount functionality scoped in the project, RSA took the "big bang" approach and was extremely successful. RSA's leadership allowed for a first of its kind implementation of SAP's Industry Solution (IS) within the Process industry.
