RSA assisted Ameritrade with the installation and implementation of PeopleSoft's Human Resources, Payroll, & Base Benefits. The project support included a senior level consultant to develop the implementation plan and kickoff the project.

Our functional consultants conducted the fit/gap analysis for all modules, provided implementation analysis to meet business requirements, identified modifications, customizations and reporting requirements, created data mapping documentation, configured and populated the setup tables for all modules, developed and executed test scripts, developed and conducted end user training, and provided post implementation support.

RSA Technical Consultants designed, developed and optimized a biweekly/monthly Payroll time-card extract/load program that modified and inserted "PeopleSoft" "Paysheet" rows for 2300 employees, created necessary online system run control panels and SQR process definitions, developed SQR programs to support Reports & Interfaces, developed and implemented customizations, as well a provided post implementation support.
